Q – Which payment methods do you accept?

A – In our store we accept cash or debit cards and Visa, MasterCard or American Express. Online we accept all these cards plus Afterpay.

Q – Why has my payment failed?

A – There are many reasons a payment can fail. The first thing to check is whether you entered the card details correctly and if you have sufficient funds in that account. If you still encounter a problem, you should contact your card issuer to check your account has not been flagged for security reasons. If you encounter any other issues, please contact our Customer Care team and we will attempt to help.

Q – What is your Returns & Exchange policy?

Q – Do you offer Free Shipping?

A – Yes. We offer free standard delivery on all Australian orders over AUD$100. This does not apply to orders being sent overseas.

Q – How long will it take for my order to arrive?

A – This all depends on the shipping option you select and where the parcel is being sent. All orders are subject to stock availability and wherever possible will be dispatched from our Melbourne outlet store within 1 business day. Shipping times are subject to Australia Post volumes and lead times.

Q – Do you ship internationally (outside of Australia)?

A – We offers worldwide delivery with the exception of Russia, Cuba, Iran, Azerbaijan and North Korea. Click here to see International shipping options and expected delivery timeframes.

Q – Will my garments arrive in good condition if I order online?

A – Suits, Sport Coats and Trousers are carefully pressed and then packed in a specially designed box to ensure the garment arrives in perfect condition. Shirts are folded and will require ironing before they are ready to wear.

Q – How do I use a discount or coupon code?

A – Coupon codes or discount codes can be used in the shopping cart area prior to checkout. First log in with your account and then place the items you wish to purchase into your cart. Click the cart icon on the top right hand of the screen, click VIEW CART to enter your code in the coupon code field. This will activate any valid promotion or discount code.
